I'm a big Starbucks fan, but this was very difficult. No in store, some ordered at drive thru, need app, have it loaded, remember user name, and password. If wife hadn't wanted good cup, I'd have bailed. Starbucks down the street allows in store. Save the aggravation.
I like Starbucks. The regular coffee is still the best in the country. This location struggles with a large homeless population. And it really shows here. The staff seemed over it. Doors are locked, no signage in front to tell guests where to pick up coffee. Nobody cared to see what we were doing outside.nI watched 3-4 families walk up and leave because of the lack of signage and the fact that it looked closed.nHire security of its that big of an issue.nClose the lobby if you don’t want the public inside. We came through the drive-thru and the staff was super fun and nice. Incredible service and you can tell these people really care about their costumers!! Best Starbucks I’ve been to!
Store and restroom clean. Customer very friendly and courteous. Didn't gave 5 stars because didn't feel safe with the group of people that was sitting in the front of the store by the door.
I like the drinks in bottles, but the same thing there taste totally different. God Bless Always
