I come to this Starbucks sometimes twice a day. For the past few years and I can honestly say, Hanna is the best employee that I have ever met at this Starbucks! She is always hard at work when I come. I am not sure if she works every single day, but she is there day or night when I am around with a big smile on her face to greet me! My name is Hannah too, only my name has a H on the end. So she remembers me! Very caring young woman. She also helped me figure out how to use the app the first time I used it! Thanks Hanna for your hard work!

First time visiting this location. The drive-thru was crazy busy. They were out of what I wanted to try but made a suggestion instead. The cashier was very sweet. Will definitely come back

The employees are always so nice, friendly and my orders come out perfect for the most part.nnMy only real issue is that the line is the worst I've ever seen. Example, there were a total of five vehicles in line and it's still took an upwards of 45 minutes.nnWhen I see there's only a few cars I don't even wait I go to a different location and tell others that is location isn't time efficient.

I was very disappointed. The drive thru was packed, so I decided to go inside. Took a bit for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I waited 10 minutes after placing my order to see if maybe they missed it because they kept putting drinks on the counter that must have been mobile orders. When I asked, the girl said, “I don’t know, I just make them in the order I receive them.” Another lady said, “yours is coming up!” I waited another 3 minutes before it actually did. I will not be going back! Need a new system of taking care of the customers that are actually inside waiting!! Once I got my latte it was 3/4 ice, very disappointing!
