Made my iced coffee perfect. I am real picky and they had no problem. The only issue I had was restroom was closed - Thanks Covid! Great Job Though Starbucks! Thanks!

This is the second time I have been to Starbucks in my whole life. First time was in New York and they were fast and super nice there.nThis was suppose to be a good experience and this experience was THE WORST!!! For such a fancy and high priced coffee shop nothing was how you would expect. The Staff wasn't friendly. The guy literally walked up to the window handed us our order, which was wrong, and just walked away before we could even say hi.nWe had waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of us, and as a bonus someone cut us in line while there were 5 cars behind us already waiting. Once we got to the speaker we were asked to wait for a extended period of time after already waiting 20 minutes. Our order was wrong and instead of fixing it themselves they HAND US THE INGREDIENTS to remake our own coffee. Literally so unprofessional and one of the worst drive thrus I have been through. Coffee was not worth the wait, the price, or lack of customer service at all. I will be going back to my fast and friendly dunkin donuts now.

Fast and friendly service. Went thru drive-thru and barista was very observant. Commented on how he liked my pink theme. (Hair nails dress drink)

Starbucks is my guilty pleasure. If you enjoy expensive ☕ufe0f coffee this is your place! I treat myself at least once a week and rationalize it every time! Then the next 6 days I make my own coffee at homeud83dude0e! Just moved back into the area so this was my first time at this location. Very friendly staff at this location!
