Because the employees are very respectful and professional with what they do and patient with long confusing orders..

Arrived at 4:51pm ordered 2 double fillet of fish. We were waiting after I paid and the cashier informed me they had no ud83cudf4b for my tea. I got a diet Coke instead and was still waiting for our food. The cashier asked me to go to the next window. I waited for another 15 minutes then went inside the store. I asked for the manager and the manager greeted me by asking me( what's your problem?) I showed her my recite and pointed out that I had been waiting for 30 minutes for my food. The manager asked an employee where the order was. The employee told her it wasn't ready yet. I asked her to return my money because I felt that wasn't the proper way to treat the situation. I waited for over a reasonable time period, nobody came out to tell me it was going to be an additional 20 minutes to get my order. The manager told me they returned the money to my card. I asked her what she was going to do with the order NOW that it was finally ready and the other employee was telling her that it was done. She told the employee to throw it away. Not only did they have me waiting 30 minutes. The food was finally ready and she chose to throw it away! She waisted the food instead of trying to make a guest happy. She easily could have offered a discount or even a coupon for a next visit. She just gave me a dirty smirk on her face and pointed to the door. I was absolutely stunned with the way she handled the situation. I was calm and polite yet I felt she had an attitude towards me when I asked for my payment to be reimbursed to my card. I live in the area and thought cool this will be a nice treat. Now I think WOW they waisted my time gave me an attitude and waisted the food... Im not recommending this location.

Staff was polite; got my food out in 5 minutes. They are trying their best and omg people can you please stop being 5 year olds about this seriously its McDonald's. How 1st world can you get? Sorry if that offended literally everybody but its true. If you don't feel like you are getting the convenience you wanted, make your own food at home... I know it's hard but please just try to think about someone else for a change. They're trying their best. Annnyywayy you're beautiful have a great day

Drive through is an awful experience. On multiple occasions the ordering process has not worked. No one acknowledges the vehicles at the or tells them to wait. You could be at the speaker for 15 minutes and you get no answer. As this happens in front of you, the line grows so you are stuck. This morning after attempting to see if anyone could hear us, we gave up and pulled around to the window. Waited for car in front of us to pay which took several minutes, all the while no cars were able to order behind us either. We finally get to the window to be told they're not taking orders at the window. Did not even look at us or give us a chance to say anything. I'm not wasting my time at this location again.

This McDonald’s was very disappointing. The fries were cold and cooked in old grease the chicken nuggets were cold and stale. Please avoid this location.
