I live close by and was recommended this place by a friend so thought I would take it in for break issue I had. I eent onto their website and made an appointment and received what I'm assuming was an automated response, confirming my appointment. Comes the day I was supposed to drop it off & it turns out they are closed!! I've never heard of a car repair shop not open on the weekend, or at least part of Saturday (are people supposed to have no car to get to work on weekdays and have their kids late for school?) The company obviously doesn't want new business, why have an appointment system on your website if it doesn't work correctly and you aren't going to use it? The worst part is the absolute lack of communication, I made the appointment a week in advance and got no phone call, voice mail, or email that there was an appointment issue. If a business cannot even communicate about making an appointment & don't care that they are wasting their customers time I can't imagine their communication or time management when doing a job. I have made an appointment with somewhere else and informed my friend of my very bad experience!!

They had me fixed so quickly and ready to go in no time. Charles was very kind and explained things without hesitance in addition to making me feel taken care of. will be back if i have to be!
