I just entered the shop and was greeted very rudely by one of the customer service representatives. I'm normally very easygoing in this type of situation, but I was honestly startled at the poor attitude being displayed. I had some simple questions about a particular piece of equipmentthat I wanted to purchase. I definitely will not go back there if I have questions or when looking to purchase equipment in the future.

Love having this place so close to home. They have helped with many things. Needed a part for lawn mower. They waited till I got there after closing time. Great people and very knowledgeable
