I had a key made by a person at another business, drove across town to try it in my building, only to have my newly made key not work! I then came to this minute key and it worked perfectly the first try!nNeedless to say, I got a refund for the faulty key made at the first location.nThis key cost more, but it had a much cuter design (which I was able to choose) and it worked! Both are big bonuses!nThank you for your accuracy!
Called them and asked for a technician to come replace a car key. They told me a technician would be in touch shortly. An hour and a half later I called them back to make sure I wasn't forgotten about and the guy tells me they don't have a technician available. Would have been nice to know an hour and a half ago. Could barely understand the lady on the phone either.
The lady on the phone was short and unint terested in my issue much less how to solve it. I was told that they could not help me, that i may want to try another locksmith and then hung up on not once but twice.nI called back to speak with the store manager and was put on perpetual hold. I sent an email to the company including contact info, to no avail. I would mot reccomend to anyone
I made three keys and none of them work. I put a one star because that was the only way that I could post this information. They deserve a -10. It cost 15 bucks for nothing
