Curtis is a very attentive trainer and can work with you at your skill level. He has no issues adjusting his program to help you grow to meet your goals. The gym has a great atmosphere where you don't feel singled out or left out.
Joined Berzerk a couple of months ago, and am really happy with the quality of coaching. The workouts are super fun, varied and challenging - and coach Curtis is excellent with feedback and coaching cues for every single member during every single wod. Even the warmups are thought out and carefully crafted to suit each wod, which is important for my old beat up knees. I have tried other boxes in the area and can definitely say that Berzerk is top notch. Try it out!
Been going here for almost a year and i love this place. Friendly and helpful coaches. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Curtis and Julie are amazing. Before CrossFit i didn’t like working out but since I’ve joined this gym i absolutely love it. CrossFit Bezerk is the best.
Dropped in here a few times. Hospitality is great. So are the coaches and equipment. Will definitely come here again. Great place!
I have been doing CrossFit for a year. My body has completely changed and I am in the best shape ever. Great place to work workout, great atmosphere, fantastic coaches.
