Best gym in DeLand. Something for everyone from beginner to expert. Check them out and see.
Very nice gym. As far as 24 hour gyms this is the bestvin volusia. Very spaceous and they have a nice, long area for sled work, lunges etc. They have many kettles, situp stations and of course mulriple squat stations and bench stations. Cardio had all one needs. This is not a big box gym but a privately owned , friendly gym. Having been to every gym in Vokusia i woukd rate this the top 24 hr gym and as far as variety i would rate it along side Golds and LA Fitness. One can achieve and fitness goal they ever imagined.
Great place to workout. 24hr access so totally convenient. They have a variety of machines and free weights as well as ares for HIIT with ropes, weighted balls and other equipment. A fantastic overall gym.
I love my gym... staff is extremely nice and the facility is ALWAYS clean and well kept.
Cleanest and best equipment in town!!!
