The cashier (girl)with green hair forgot her smile at home, not happy face!!!! Bad customer service!!!!!
Had to go in 4 times to get gas. They put my gas on the wrong pump each time. The 5th I went in they told me we canceled the transaction. I had my debit card in the truck at this point. I told them Nevermind I’ll go to another gas station. Here is a hint Racetrac- if the person working alone can’t do their job properly don’t leave them alone. Total waste of time ! Zero starr
I just like fueling up at Race trac because it has a lot of pumps and I can usually get in and out without waiting
Went to go get gas and the doors were locked. It has happened quite often. They need to hire more people or have coverage for people who can't make it to work at night. It is getting ridiculous. If you don't have enough coverage then close the place. They also have a lot of networking issues quite often too.
