Unfortunately after years of quality service on my Ford truck Coggin Ford has lost a customer for life. The service department has started being dishonest about supposed repairs my truck needs. Some of which were warranty issues they should have fixed but instead they said we're new issues. Then because of the service department was saying things like a turbo were bad when it wasn't the sales department appraised my truck 10,000 dollars lower then it had 30 days prior. This was an obvious attempt at them trying to take advantage of me to get me out of the truck thinking I couldn't afford the repairs. I took my truck to another mechanic and got it fixed for about $600.00 instead of the $6,000.00 Coggin was trying to charge. Jason in service and Paul C in sales thank you for letting me and everyone else who reads this review know that any other Ford dealer in the central Florida area has to to be better than what you have brought this dealership to be. Thank you and God bless America.nn*Update* I am still waiting on that call??? This is the same guy who refused to return my call when all this started over a month ago. Don't fall for it people of central Florida. He's not calling anybody back and they don't need our business!!!
Highly recommended! Turning a bad situation into a stellar customer service experience. Service Manager, Jason, has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife's care is safe to drive. BRAVO!nnWhat happened: I had bought four NEW tires for my Lincoln MKS a year ago from Coggin Ford Deland. At only 20k miles on the tires a wobble began in the steering wheel. Turns out that the rear tire had a broken belt. Jason ordered a new tire under the warrantee. A month later the wobble happen again... It was ANOTHER TIRE with the same issue.nnConcerned about the safety of the car and all the tires, Jason resolved the issue with grace, speed, and empathy. He stood behind the warranty of the tires and replaced them at no cost. I will be coming back, had a wonderful experience. The service was fast and the solution to the problem was fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GREAT SERVICE!
I had been to 2 other Ford dealerships reporting the same problem with my truck's transmission. Both said that it needed some updates which they did and didn't solve the problem. Steve at Coggin had the techs dig into the problems deeper and discovered that the transmission needed replacement. They ordered a new transmission and it took almost 3 weeks to get there. Once there, it was immediately installed and they hand washed and detailed the truck before returning it to me.nThe team at Coggin was great! The only problem was the length of time for the transmission to get there and that would be Ford's fault, not theirs.nI highly recommend the service department at Coggin!
Rick was amazing! I had a problem with car and as usual it came at a time I was very busy. Rick made it so easy scheduling my appointment, making sure all paper work was done along with a loner car when I got there. They had to find the part local because it was back ordered for a week, fixed it and I picked up the next day!! Thank you so much for making my problem so easy!
