Stay away! They did a second rate job on painting for a warranty repair on my Continental. They didn't even bother to wash or detail the car. They even went as far as to blame me for what was obviously tape residual on my paint. Forget about the scratches in the paint....according to them, it never happened. The car went in clean and detailed. It was inspected when I dropped it off. Again, perfectly clean with no scratches. It came out dirty and with scratches. When you drive the top of the line car, one would hope you would get at least average service. They were supposed to have the General Manager call me. It's been over 6 months...still no call.

The staff was nice but not fair or professional, my wife and I came from out of town and purchased a used vehicle from another local dealer but brought the car here for service before the return back home (Myrtle Beach).First of all the techs did not inform me as to the automobile requiring 6quarts, not 5. Well I purchased the works not knowing the car oil capacity is 6 quarts, now surely they should have explained to me that the car required 6, but no one did, they just made the sale and informed me of their recommendations, when I refused I told them to give me a print up of their recommendations to have addressed on my end, they didn’t comply. They just gave me a bill and sent us on our way. So I drove from Florida back to South Carolina a quart low thinking I had a leak, well to my surprise I was already a quart low. That’s why you can’t trust dealerships!!!!

The best I can say for this dealership is the coffee machine makes good coffee. My husband and I went in to talk about getting a new Explorer and we were totally ignored. I asked twice to see a salesperson. It never happened. If you are treated this way before the sale can you imagine how you would be treated after they got your money!!!!
