I went there to grt a car I had seen. My son and husband went with me.nThe sales man kept talking to them after telling him many times, its my car, i'm making dp and payments, talk to me.nWhen he came bk after getting our credit checked with the bank.nWalk over to my husband and son to tell them what had happened. Totally ignored me like I was not there.nI didn't say a word because I was raised to a l ways be a lady. I turned around and l eft.nNeedless to say. I wont be back.nI guess he thought. That a lady cant buy a car so work with the man. Very disrespectful.

Coggin Ford Deland try’s hard to provide exceptional service. They are excellent in their desire to provide professional and timely service. I’d rate this at five stars if the automated service scheduling actually worked. Twice in the past eight months (two separate routine services) emails were received advising upcoming service needs. I used the provided link and scheduled future service. I received a confirmation email/number in return. Upon arrival at the Service department for the scheduled service, they had no knowledge of the appointment. I spoke with Jason the service manger on both occasions, assured me he would look into the situation. For hearing impaired customers this is a great convenience if it actually worked.
