I have to leave my review on the service department. Simply put, AMAZING. I bought my Cadillac from this establishment 3 years ago and I was treated like I mattered. Since then I have taken my vehicle to their service department. I must say everyone there are extremely professionals and very courteous. I would like to give a hug thank you to one particular gentleman, his name is Kyle Keats. I must say Kyle has always been nothing less then a professional and very courteous. He is quick to get me back on the road with loaner car. He understands my time is valuable and never hesitates to assist me in what ever I need. Thank YOU Kyle for your hard work.

Melissa was the best. She listened to our needs, mostly where we needed to be on price. We were looking at used trucks.nWe got a better deal on a new Chevy truck. At the same monthly payment. Better everything. Thanks Starling Cadillac.

I purchased a vehicle from here back in mid-January & was told it would be a good idea to add on GAP insurance and a service contract because I drive a far distance for my job. I realized roughly a week later I didn't need it, and tried to contact them to cancel those services. It was an absolute pain trying to get in contact with them, and I wrote a lengthier review about my whole experience on their facebook page. In short, it is March 21st and I still don't have my refund from them for cancelling those services. I would caution anyone buying a vehicle here that any communication with them is extremely difficult.

Very good. They are very customer oriented to ensure satisfaction. I usually work with Ben Tannenbaum and he provides excellent customer service.
