I knew exactly what I wanted when I visited the dealership. Ray was great at making sure I got to test drive the car I wanted and made sure I knew all the features when I picked it up.

Everyone who helped me in the service department were friendly and expedient. Kimberly got me a loaner and arranged for me to bring in my car, even though service was booked up. Brandon was able to tell me what was wrong with my car, quote me an estimate, and order my part that same afternoon. Instead of taking until Wednesday to repair, my car was ready for me to pick up before the weekend. Outstanding service. I'm grateful for everyone's communication and hard work.

Jose was patient and kind. I didn't feel like I was being rushed into making a decision, even though I came in the last hour of the day. He listened to everything I wanted and didn't want and showed me the best car to fit my growing family. He was very professional and polite. I've already recommended friends to go see him and I hope they do. Very happy with my experience.
