Well just purchased my second vehicle here at RC Hill and they still have the same great service! They are still better that all the rest! Well, we all hear how every dealership is different and better than all the rest and I can honestly say that my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was just that! I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone!
I've bought cars from this dealership for over a decade and have always been so pleased with the service and deals. Russell has always been so good, following up, helping me in sales, never pressuring me to buy, always patient and working simply to find exactly what I want. Tom and Bob and the other people in the business office make the car-buying process quick and easy, and I am always so happy with the incredible deals they've given me over the years. In service, Barb and Kristian treat me like family and do great work on the cars. This dealership is my absolute favorite, and I'm grateful to them for keeping me on the road in great cars that run well.
I was sent a letter in the mail telling me RC Hill Mitsubishi was interested in buying my used car so I decided to come in and see what my possibilities were. I was helped tremendously by Jacob. He let me take my time and drive a couple trim levels and figure out exactly what I wanted. He answered a lot of questions I had and really helped me get a great deal for my situation and I am very pleased with my purchase! Eddie was also a great guy and very helpful. 10 out of 10 experience and once again I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to work with the nicest most helpful people out there when buying a car.
The customer service was amazing! Everyone is welcoming and friendly! The sales people were also not pushy at all. The sales person I had was Troy, if you're going here to look for a car ask for him!nnUpdate: it's 2yrs later and the service is still impeccable. The staff is very careful and understanding even while dealing with all the precautions due to COVID. Great company!
I have reviewed RC Hill in the past, but I'm going to leave a second review, because this is my second time buying a car from them, and somehow this experience has even topped my previous one. Jacob was AMAZING.nI have never felt so at ease when buying a car. The entire time he was so laid back and easy going. I never felt pressured into buying something out of my means.nThe team here went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will continue to come here and recommend anyone I know to as well.
