I bought a 2009 Nissan Maxima and the price was so great I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Of course it was very below the blue book price because of mileage and little minor things can be fixed . The car runs great even with all that needs to be done. But it's in great condition. The staff are great. The moment you walk in you feel like your visiting friends or family. Very welcoming environment and very knowledgeable as well.nThis is the first dealer I've provided a review for. I've bought cars at new car dealers but never received the service I received here. I will definitely come back to buy another car. Thank you Ladies.

I purchased a vehicle in November 2018 I didn't have alot of money so they placed me with economical car. Mike and and his associates are very honest and care about customers finding a suitable car.nSince I bought the car I've been in touch with Mike and Raylene .nThey have been very helpful and informative regarding any concerns I might have understanding my car. Walked on to the lot and greeted with... actually that's the thing, I wasn't greeted. In fact I wasn't talked to at all by any of the staff. Even though they looked right at us we were offered no help. Inventory wasn't the greatest. Most of the cars seem to have needed work whether it be interior exterior or both. None of them seemed well maintained, most of them had low or flat tires. Only a few good cars and then overpriced cars really only fit for salvage. In fact, most of the cars I have seen on the lot months before, none of them have moved or have been touched.nnIf there's anything I look for when I go to buy a car, it's a cold, distant, unfriendly staff, extremely high prices for crap, horribly maintained cars, and a generally displeasing atmosphere. So thank you Richard Bell for providing the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.nnYou're better off being ripped off by a bigger dealership than being burned by crap
