This store was a great place at one time until they decided to get a different manager that has no clue how to do her job nothing is never ordered right so they are always running out of mix to make drinks correctly she tells you how your going to get your drink but doesn't make them they way Starbucks wants them made! Not to mention Starbucks standards are to make coffee the way the customer wants it?Dont go there between the hours of 11am-3pm or you will be there for a hour because the manager that is running it can not handle the high pressure of the rush and employees are running into each other! I have discussed this with corporate and said they will take care of the problem but its obvious that nothing is being done

I made an error in the size of my drink on my mobile app. I made a mistake. I’m human. Bleu was working the mobile orders and when I asked about the drink they were very very rude. I can’t do anything about it. You’re gonna have to go down there, and proceeded to point towards the ordering counter. And it wasn’t just what they said, it was how they said it.nnSo I made my way down to the end and the person there just charged me for the difference between the two sizes, but I wish I would’ve gotten their name. They were so pleasant and so professional and so nice. Kudos to them!

I've always had pretty good customer service here and the drink orders are rarely wrong. But I will have to say, letting your employees wear political shirts at work is a big turn off for me. We already get blasted with it constantly on TV and social media. We don't need it when we go out for a bite to eat or relaxing cup of coffee. I'm there to enjoy myself not to listen to political debate.

It is one of those Starbucks that has extra long line of cars at drive through and they have never messed up any orders. My coffee is always hot, my food is always hot, they have never told me that they are out of anything and the staff is alway cheerful, friendly and even find a nice line of small talk while taking care of payment and giving your coffee and food.
