Trilogy has THE best chai tea I’ve ever had. Not to mention everything else I’ve had there is delicious too! Great pour overs and espresso. The staff are great at what they do. It’s a cozy space inside and very clean...there’s also a nice area outside with plenty of seating.
Coffee roasted on site with care given to every bean. There's not a better place to spend time with friends and family. My 5 and 2 year old love it.
Trilogy is an absolute gem of a coffee shop! They always take such care with preparation during every step of the process - whether we prepare coffee at home with a bag of Trilogy coffee (Sumatra is our favorite) or grab a cup in the shop, it’s always delicious. The ambiance in the shop is always so welcoming and peaceful, and the outdoor seating is lovely as well. The beans are consistently excellent quality and the baristas are knowledgeable, ready to help and make the perfect brew. And, as a bonus, the owners are truly kind people who care about the community in which they operate!
They have this coffee called Sweater Vest (this was my first intro to their coffee). I believe it's probably seasonal, sadly. And it completely replaced Starbucks for me! No comparison. I love that I don't have to pay extra for an alternative milk. I hate that about Starbucks. My only complaint is that even when I request for the coffee to be extra hot, it still comes back lukewarm, which is annoying.nnThey have the most AMAZING homemade pop tarts. SMH. SOOOOO good.
Nice back yard patio, nice ambiance..coffee is good, I need to taste more
