The workers were not wearing their masks as they handled people’s drinks and ice cream which during this time is very unprofessional and disgusting at the very least. i didn’t see them wash their hands once as they prepared our order while also checking us out at the register and the place didn’t feel very welcoming to me and my partner at all as a lgbt couple. would not recommend. Replying to your reply: We were at the correct place and had a few reasons as to why we felt uncomfortable there, I understand if this wasn't a normal experience but still wanted to voice our experience here so that it can be improved in the future to make sure workers are wearing masks when preparing food and making all communities feel welcome.

I love going to BerryVille! They have been so nice and have had such great customer service since I started coming there. I recently moved to Deland and love frozen yogurt. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They literally have everything you can think of for deserts!

Went into BerryVille today and the place was packed however the owner was making sure each and every customer was greeted and taken care of all while smiling. The professionalism and service was outstanding. My kids each order hard ice cream and the scoops were plentiful and delicious! I ordered a salad and the ingridients tasted fresh and the homemade dressing was very flavorful. I will definitely return.
