Kid City USA - Lake Mary

The staff is very friendly, my daughter LOVES her teachers, I have no complaints at all.

So I do not typically write reviews but on this I am going to voice how I feel. My children attend this place for less then a year and within that year my kids have literally been sick every other week. They have had multiple encounters with child with hand, mouth and foot. My children have been provided bread as a form of a snack on multiple occasions. I called to speak to the owner in regards to multiple issues and was yelled and told I need to listen to them and basically stop asking questions. Not once was any of my issues addressed. The staff/teachers are decent but the owner/director is completely unprofessional and needs to take a class in customer service. My children has since been removed from this placenAt the end of the day you get exactly what you pay for

My daughter only went here for 3 months due to my job change during this time but I want to make sure I post a review here because the staff were awesome! Frank the owner was great.. very friendly and personable. I really want to mention Grace because she was so caring, detail oriented and I was very happy with the way she and the other staff members took care of my daughter. I really didn't want to leave this Kid City USA. I have to say we've been to two other daycares previously and have gotten scratched, bitten (bugs or other kids) etc at least a few times within a 1 month period and here at this place she had no problems the entire time! She was a happy toddler coming home to me. Keep up the great work guys!

I almost rarely do these reviews but I LOVE LOVE this daycare! My son Mason is in the 2 year old class and his teacher Shannon is honestly the best teacher I have worked with. She has helped my son with his speech development and with his tantrums. I have been able to learn a couple of tips that have helped me with parenting. I would recommend this child care facility to any and every parent in the Lake Mary area. Trust me I did my homework for the lake mary area and I visited more then 7 locations. 5 Stars does not do this Kid City of Lake Mary any justice if I could I would give it a 10 out of 5!

need to update website.. Call to inquire about prices for infants as websites states 6 WEEKS old and up... come to find out they do not take infants only accept 1 year and up..
