Friendly people and atmosphere. Great prices considering all they have to offer! In addition to the gym itself they have indoor heated pool, spa and jacuzzi. Many classes offered including aqua aerobics.
I was in physical therapy at H2 Health center. I hurt worse when I left than I did when I got there. Don't think I'll be going back. I can do the same thing at home without hurting myself for free and save some money!
This gym is a great place. I go in the middle of the day when it is quiet. It has lots of cleaning products and towels out for use and it has all the equipment that I use to train. Great place!!
Gym is always clean and the staff are all very friendly. They even have a pool! This gym has many different classes to choose from and even has a massage therapist and a salon right inside.There are 2 supplement shops one of them even sells smoothies and meal replacement shakes. IHands down best gym in town!!
Great place for all your work out needs from weights, cardio, and karate.
