Best Cross-fit in town! D.G. Cross-fit is amazing! The instructors are nice,energetic and helpful. They really know what they are doing and how to help you reach your goals.Its a full body workout that can be modified for any body type.Great for beginners. They also offer Kids Cross-fit classes!
Maggie and Jose are the best trainer's, if you looking for a friendly staff, but must important are you looking to see a quickly result, improve your health, etc, heres the place.
Great wods, great coaches, they’re re second family!
