My husband and I had a great experience here! We traded in my van for a newer model and are very happy with how everything went. Brooke and everyone else on the team were all friendly and great to do business with. The after sale service has also been above and beyond what we have experienced with other dealerships. What a great place to buy a vehicle!

My husband and I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion at Walt's in December. We had such a pleasant experience. In and out within just a few hours. Trey was wonderful to work with as well as the rest of their team. They were able to get me in a car that I have been wanting but no one else could get a deal done! We are so thankful! They even sent us a package full of goodies! Great place!

They called me THREE times to make sure I was going to make my 11am appointment. When I arrived, my contact person was helping a walk-up customer. She finally pawned me off on another sales rep at 11:30. The used car I came to see was in much worse condition than the pix on Car Gurus showed. It even smelled like the previous owner had pets. I told the rep if they weren't planning on dropping the price significantly, I wouldnt even be interested. He WALKED AWAY!!! What kind of customer service is that?!! I wasted an hour drive(each way) on a beautiful Saturday. Now I remember why I have so much disdain for car dealerships! I've decided to buy from a private seller.

My wife and I were on a way to Jacksonville when the alternator belt broke on I-75 about 20 miles from Live Oak, Fl. and at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon. I called Walt's and talked to a Service Advisor and explained my situation. He said that all the Techs leave at 5:00 but the Quick Lane was open until 6:00 and they could replace the belt. We arrived about 5:20. Dennis (the advisor) came out and and immediately called for one of their techs to look at our vehicle. We drive a Toyota Highlander and the our tech came to them from Lake City Toyota. He pulled our vehicle in to his bay and 30 minuets later we were back on the road to Jacksonville. Dennis and our tech went out of their way to get us back on the road.
