Today marks 6 months since I’ve been a member at OFT. To say that I’ve enjoyed my time here is an understatement. I started knowing I needed to make some changes physically and required some encouragement to get going. My biggest accomplishments have not been weight loss, but better performance, muscle gain, and consistence (which are more important than weighing a certain number). The coaches and staff members are so pleasant and helpful always. I look forward to a good workout, with good music under the orange lights. I highly recommend this specific location as they have been instrumental in my health and fitness journey! ud83cudf4a
Love this studio and have been going for just over a year. They worked with my husband and I through some tricky situations where we needed to freeze the account after we first joined, and the flexibility was very much appreciated. The coaches are awesome, but Coach Mel is the absolute best! She's attentive and encouraging and pushes you without making things feel impossible. And the music rocks!
I took melanie’s class and it was amazing! She is so sweet and has so much energy which really kept me working hard.
Orange Theory is the MOST well though out company i have ever seen! Period. So many touches that keep clients engaged and working their hardest. So glad i found this place!
I've been going to Orangetheory for almost 2 yrs now and I absolutely love this place. It's not huge and it's not small, just perfect. Everytime I go I am able to use the machines I need, and it's nice seeing familiar faces.
