Was not impressed by the communication between the staff and myself. The parents viewing area was always super warm. My daughter went here for 2 years and all they cared about was putting her in team... she eventually was apparently placed in an Advanced Weekly class, and yet they placed girls in her class that were learning very easy tricks... My daughter was bored and not being challenged at all... they do not care about your child unless you have extra money and time...

The best Gymnastics training center in Florida. We love it. Coaches Sasha and Lidia are Olympic Gold medalists. This is the only place with Olympic Gold Medalist coaches. We are blessed to attend this.

First of all I'd like to say the last review wasn't an accurate one at all and was obviously based on a very limited time frame.nnMy first experience with this gym began about 9 years ago. My daughter started classes here and progressed to team. She went here on and off (due to work related moves). These owners have always been her favorite coaches. They pushed her to do her best, but also made sure she didn't overdo it.nnThis is a great gym with wonderful coaches. They really do care about helping the kids reach their full potential. All the children I've seen love their coaches here and never want to leave which as a mother, is always a good sign. They are also always excited to show Mom and Dad the new skills they've learned. There is a viewing area upstairs that overlooks the entire gym for parents who want to stay and watch.nnThe owners are Olympic gold medalist from Russia. There is even a move that most Olympians do on bars that is named after one of them. (They definitely know what they're doing).nnAs for some of the things the other person commented on....nLights- I have been there in the morning with the lights on in the front entrance and you couldn't even tell they were on because of all the sunlight that comes in. As for the lights in the stairway, kids whose parents don't really watch them are always turning them off. Just turn them back on.nnCleanliness- I have personally been there and seen them cleaning. I've even seen them cleaning every single foam block in the pit the kids jump into. I've also seen them clean the restrooms, but I've also seen times where a parent or child has needed to go to the restroom as they were locking up and leaving so they will run in and go real quick. The cleaning closet, is normally locked so nobody can get in to it.nnSmell- My daughter went to several different gyms when we've moved around and I've yet to see one that smells good. The kids usually leave the door going into the gym open so the smell drifts out. That smell is your sweaty kids. I've never went to any gym to workout that hasn't smelt a little funny.nnCamp- Camps are the one thing I don't have personal experience with; however, I have been there while they were going on several times. I do know they have had issues with some employees who are no longer there, but every business does. There are plenty of chairs upstairs that the campers use to sit at the table to eat, do crafts, etc. Normally the parents use them when they sit upstairs and watch their children. The campers do get gym time as well where they can try out the different apparatuses (vault, bars, beam, etc to see if they'd be interested in classes), or if they actually take gymnastics, they can work on specific skills for their level. Gymnastics camp is similar to open gym in that aspect. There is more that goes into learning specific skills than just doing them. There are specific stretches, conditioning, and warmups they must do. Example: vault- a specific warmup for it includes running and jumping on the spring board (doesn't sound like much to someone who isn't familiar with gymnastics), but this let's them learn where they need to start, the pace they need to run, and where they need to jump to land on the spring board just right (which helps prevent injuries). These things are taught during classes. Camps and open gym aren't the time to teach these since there are a lot more children and they are all at different levels. Classes are smaller and the children are at the same level which allows the coach to focus on progressing and teaching each child.nnIf you are unsure if this is the right gym for you and your child, you can always call or go in and set up a free trial class. Most gyms offer them and it's the best way to see if your child is going to enjoy going there.

Where do I start?nI enrolled my child for their summer camp however, I was disappointed on how this place runs their business.nnFirst appearance:nLights: You walk in and main lights of their front area are turned off. How welcoming is that? Geez I understand about being economical and saving electricity but at 8:30am when your customers are coming in, lights need to be on and place should feel welcoming/inviting.nnSmell: The place smells musky and moldy. This is a gym I get it, and the kids sweat, however, investing a little money in maybe cleaning the carpets regularly and installing those automatic air freshener dispensers would seriously help immensely.nnBathrooms/Floors: The bathrooms are gross regardless of time you go in. Been there as the first parent and bathroom floor had trash, sink was filthy and not to mention the toilet.nnSafety: To get to the summer camp play/do nothing area, you have to go up pretty high stairs. On multiple occasions I found those lights to be off although I was not the first parent there. A closet that is upstairs next to the boy’s bathroom had cleaning solutions on the floor vs having them up on the top shelves. What if one of the children get a hold of it and drink it? SAFETY FIRST and they seemed to lack common sense on this as well.nnTeachers: This is quite a joke to be honest. Apparently this teachers/baby sitters are there to just sit and make sure nothing goes majorly wrong. They don’t even have the decency to put their phones, iPad, and books away while the parents are dropping their kids off. Common sense would be to at least pretend you are watching the kids and put your personal items away. I am paying for a service and how is a parent to feel when they walk in at 8:15-8:30am to drop of their child and you are too busy to even say hello because you are either on your phone or reading a book.nnCurriculum: Or lack of. This is ran as a daycare and kids fend for themselves. I am not even exaggerating. They have a schedule, however, they don’t encourage the children to do anything. Is either play at your own will in the room upstairs, which by the way is very small for the 25+ kids they keep in there, or play at the gym! My 5 year old words exactly when I asked her if the instructors are showing her anything where “No mom, you go into the gym and figure it out on your own and play wild”. I can certainly see that, because the days I picked my child up early that’s exactly what they were doing at the gym meanwhile the teacher as usual was on their phone”nnFurniture: The play room has 3 chairs, there are 25+ kids at a time. They have to sit on the floor to eat their lunches, snacks, etc. With such a big business, shouldn’t there be a designated area with chairs of picnic tables. Owners: Do you eat on the floor? I am pretty sure you don’t, so why are our children having to do so. Specially such a nasty floor!nnThis business invests $0 on their customers. You see it from the minute you walk in. I only put my child here as a last minute resolution and because it is 2 minute drive from my job.

not so good coaching at all. they promise something and never delivers. they just concentrate on their competitive teams. owner sasha just does not care about anything. my kids went there for one year and he had no clue how much they progressed. We paid fees for one year and they did not learn anything. Coaches keep changing, so by luck if you have a good coach then that coach will be gone in one month and your kids will be left where they were as the coach who comes will again just asses how much your kids learn. so basically my kids were just being assessed for one year and never learned anything. i wont recommend anyone this place.
