I don't think there are enough words to describe how peaceful, empowering, and welcoming Lori and her team are. I am by no means a pro yogi - whatever the opposite of strong, flexible, and balanced are - that's me :) Before starting my journey at Urban Om (April 2020), I would follow YouTube videos and attended a few studios in Miami where I used to live. Urban Om is like no other studio. All the instructors are amazing - the most patient, kindhearted and humble individuals. They make you feel so at ease and each of them provide you with a unique yoga experience. Although it has only been a couple of months, I am excited to see the changes in my mind and body -- feeling stronger, more balanced, and clear minded. I am so grateful for Urban Om!
Love love love the yoga studio!! All yoga instructors are absolutely awesome, the atmosphere is amazing and there are plenty of classes to choose from. A real gem and is highly recommended. Namaste:)
every teacher is hard and amazing! I personally recommend in no particular order: Ela, Bryce, Grace and Lori. the studio is so supportive and the heat is onnnnn, come join us!
I am a total Yoga Beginner, but I have loved learning at Urban Om in Heathrow, FL. Although my hectic schedule doesn't allow me to go as often as I'd like, I always feel comfortable and I'm always challenged when I go to a class here!
Been coming to this studio for almost a year, and I've just fallen in love with the community. The teachers are insightful, encouraging, and caring, and the regular students are welcoming and kind. The space is always fresh and inviting. The flows are always a challenge, but balanced. Couldn't ask for more!
