If you’re looking for a personal trainer, or just a small private gym, look no further! I’ve trained with Roni for a few years now. She’s helped me achieve goals I don’t think I would’ve achieved without her support. She’s very accommodating with scheduling and genuinely cares about her clients health and well-being. She has every machine you need to get a good work out in. Not to mention, the privacy you feel in her facility compared to a big chain gym, is just unmatched. 10/10 recommend!

This is an amazing gym. I feel like it is my personal gym , available to me 24/7 with a safety feature of my own code to get in. It is not a large supermarket size gym where no one knows me or even cares that I am working out correctly.nThere is a variety of equipment along with free weights and all equipment is kept super clean and sanitized, important anytime but especially important now.nRoni is a great personal trainer listening and answering my many questions. She will help her clients with nutrition as well. She makes sure my form is exactly correct when working out so as not to injury myself. I highly recommend this gym.

Roni is an amazing and dedicated fitness guru extraordinaire!! She takes the time to review a very thorough intake, physical assessment, and develops a plan based on the needs of the individual. She is well versed and stays up-to-date on the evidence at how to work out without injury. She works tirelessly at an amazing location that is clean, neat, well put together, and exclusive with a small town feel but everything one would need to reach your health and fitness goals! Love the infrared, foot detox as well as getting a great massage when needed! Keep up the great work we love you and need you!!

Was happy to find a place close to home that fits my needs. I find Roni very receptive to her clients, and flexible with schedules. I feel she truly cares for her clients, and has a wealth of knowledge in the area of fitness. I appreciate her facility as it is clean and never crowded. Give Body by Roni a try. You'll like it there.
