A great place to train
So our 16 yr old Michael, has completed 8 sessions at D1, and the immediate results are outstanding. He has taken to the coaches, and loves when it’s D1 day. Thanks guys. I think you have a member for a long time now
I've had an exceptional experience at this training facility. They successfully push to train you, not to harm you. No age boundaries, all good old fashioned gut checks! I am constantly recommending this place and with their help, I look forward to a healthier lifestyle.
