I love OT and have been going for years. The workout is amazing. I have given them high ratings in the past several times, but I regret that I can only give one star now. The management at this location is so unprofessional. They were condescending, talked over me when I had concerns, belittled me, and then told me they would cancel my membership! Thankfully a regional manager heard my concerns, listened to the conversation we had on the phone (all lines are recorded) and addressed the issue with management. However, I now dread going to the gym and have not been back since. I have never been treated this way by any staff in the past, and I am a premier member (go a least four times a week). I have received no apology from management directly, and am honestly worried to walk foot in the door for fear of being treated this way again. I need to cancel my membership, but it breaks my heart, as I love the coaches and workouts.

An amazing way to start your day!! Such a great balance between cardio and weights. I love how this program focuses on getting your heart conditioned and pushes you to your limits you didn’t know exist. The coaches and staff are amazing, motivating and energetic.

You all are giving me life right now! My studio is really doing an amazing job with scheduling, social distancing and cleaning. OTF has always been super focused on cleaning so I’m not surprised. The coaches are still high energy and positive even with masks on. Thank you so much for all the effort you are putting into this trying time, I truly appreciate being able to get my workouts in, in a safe environment.

I regret giving them my personal information because they literally will not stop harassing me. I’ve already said I’m no longer interested but they still keep calling me.

It’s a small way to feel normal in this crazy time we are living in. I feel like things are clean, safe and the employees are doing a great job.
