I came in for a tour of the gym and to sign up to start my fitness journey. Brianna was beyond friendly. She answered any and all questions that I had, gave me a tour of the facility and actually made me want to become a member more. The gym is clean and they practice safe social distancing with their mask policies. Overall, the gym was top notch.

Everyone that works at the Planet Fitness that I go to are Extremely Professional, Fun to Greet When I Walk In, Are Always Willing To Answer Questions I May Have If I Don't Understand Something, And Each And Everyone Of Them Make Sure Everything Is Wiped Down And Clean And They Make Sure Everyone Is Wearing a Mask And Practicing Social Distancing When Necessary!!!nSo Therefore I Can Honestly And Proudly Say That I Will Never Consider Going To A Different Gym As A Result Of How Comfortable And Happy I Am Where I Am Presently Going!!!nI Will Add That I Feel That Each And Every Member Of That Staff Should Be Recognized For How Well They Perform Their Jobs!!!!nSent With Nothing But Respectful Intent!

great place, great hours, no one age or personality. Many workout options with weights and cardio, even my old self enjoys the workouts there and can see the hours when its busy or slow.

I hate planet fitness! I was charge an annual fee of $41 and I wasn’t there even a year nor I was told about the charge, when I called they said they can’t give me a refund but they’ll be happy to cancel my membership and nobody can help and manager is not there to talk to! They’re unprofessional, rip-off and liars, they’ll say anything to get you to sign up for black card, do yourselves a favor and don’t sign up with them, I don’t recommend this GYM to anyone specially the one on lake Mary blvd. worst gym ever and such a poor customer service! I called two hours later and the manager is refusing to give me a refund or cancel my membership, and they won’t even give you a corporate number to call, again do yourself a favor and don’t go to planet fitness, for $10 more you get a better service, cleaner work area, professional trainers, better equipments at other gyms ! Nobody needs a fake tan in Florida, nobody wants to eat pizza at the gym and their massage is a complete bs.
