K&K Electric is always finding ways to build there company and there employees. Employees are VERY well takin care of while working out of town and will make sure you feel at home. The owner stands by an open door policy!!!

This is the most petty company I have ever worked for.nNo company provided tools, short your paycheck every week without telling you, cheap out on per diem..... I think they are going out of business. That being said, I worked with a great crew in the field, the field people just don't have enough authority to fix the stupid Descisions of the office. A large part of the field supervisory time is spent trying to patch-up the bad decisions of the office.nnThe management is obsessed with knowing every employee's every move. GPS, and (they say) cameras in every truck, I never had a camera (and never will). You will be watched every second, even if you are a top performer.nnIt's a great place to be a green helper with no drivers license or skills, you will fit in fine.
