Walked into this store tonight to pick up a few items. It's 10 pm. Both registers were counting money. The lady behind the counter said I do not care how many people are waiting, they can go to another store. We stated would you like us to leave. She stated I do not care what you do. Racetrac is down the street. Well, we left and spent 50 bucks there instead.

There are some people who work there who are very simple minded. I understand carding individuals. I go in there with my ID in hand. For some reason their gun won't scan my ID card. She stands there and tries several times, but it doesn't work. Logically thinking, I would assume as the employee you would use common sense and check the ID, if the person is of age, move along. Two of their employees, including the manager, sit there trying to scan the ID over and over while the line stretches to the ATM machine. Use common sense people.

I don’t know who hired that lady as manager at this location, but she needs SERIOUS attitude adjustment. She was so busy giving a customer a hard time that she stopped doing my transaction just to go over and give more attitude, she even lost a lottery ticket in the process. Very unprofessional and I feel very sorry for the staff that works under her, if that’s how she treats customers in front of other people.

Just left there and reviewed my receipt. I was over-charged by almost $5. Nothing I bought rang up as advertised. Looks like a long-standing problem.
