Our son's car was no longer safe and we needed a good, reliable car fast. I contacted Francis King and he and Kevin went to work. I found an affordable, reliable car online. Kevin worked out the details and Francis delivered the car to our door in Cocoa Beach in less than 24hours. Francis met us with a wonderful bottle of wine and hot sauce!!! Francis went over every detail of the car and walked my son through the paperwork. It was an amazing experience. Thank you to everyone at Subaru North!

I came in for service on my car and did not have an appointment. Kendall was more than happy to fit me in and help me with everything that I needed to get done. She followed up with me through the process and let me know as soon as everything was done. She was great to work with and I will be definitely recommending her and the dealership! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely work with Kendall again. :)

Great experience with this dealership! Travis was extremely helpful and honest. Did my application online went and the vehicle was clean and ready. I was only there for an hour signing paperwork switching titles and tags. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Drove from Tampa almost a hundred miles just to go to this dealership. 5 stars all around

Met with Mr. John (Service Advisor) who was very helpful, extraordinary, professional, knowledgeable and respectably friendly. Loved the attention to detail and communication from John. The wait was what John estimated. Vehicle and Owner was happy. Would definitely recommend Subaru North Orlando. Thank you John for all your help, advise and communication. A+++

We recently purchased a new Outback from Subaru North Orlando and the experience was 100% positive. We started by looking at their website, where we initiated a chat session to check the availability of the model we wanted as well as color and trim options. When they confirmed that they had a vehicle with our exact specifications, they set up a meeting with the sales staff within the next hour. This was followed up by a phone call from our sales representative (Travis), confirming all the details. When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready for us to look at and drive. Travis went over the vehicle in detail, with emphasis on the new safety and driver interface features. It is worth pointing out that Travis and the rest of the staff observed all COVID safety measures, and most of the process took place outside. Travis is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very easy to work with. He never applied any pressure on us to buy the car. Once we agreed on a deal, Travis walked us through the entire process. In all, the buying experience was perfect. We would be happy to work with Travis again.
