Absolutely horrific experience. I saw a car I liked online and then I called ahead and spoke to Joe. I explained my financial situation, credit score etc and that I didn't want to waste my time as I told him I was two hours away. Joe assured me that a deal could be made because they had an Easter holiday special so they could work with us. We get there and I notice the price of the car I came to see was $11k higher than what was advertised online. It was such an awkward and awful experience, as the dealership were appearing to play sale tactic games with another couple by using us as bait tools to get the other couple to buy the same car at the sticker price. So while the salesman was working with them, they then proceeded to tell us that they would not be able to work with us and Joe was part of their internet team who are offsite.
