I have been to this particular Nissan twice for oil change. First time in 2019, after my oil change I notice they never refilled my washer fluid. Second time in 2020, they did it again, this time I let them know and was told by an advisor that they probably forgot and were in a rush ud83euddd0. I took my other vehicle to different Honda dealerships in different states for years and they never forgot that detail. They did put regular tap water in it ud83dude33 which left hard water marks on my windshield. I called to speak to manager and left a messenger, they never called back. I will not be going back billy ray Nissan. I will probably go to universal where I purchased the car or to reed. They have a great advisor that I truly appreciate and will miss, but I am not sure if the guys in the back give quality service. They recommended that I change my wipers and I only noticed that the ones removed were better than the “new” ones.

I inquired on the Bill Ray Nissan website about purchasing my 2017 Pathfinder lease or possibly trading it for a new one. JC Kenon called me and walked me through the process of purchasing my 2017 Pathfinder vs. leasing a new one and advantages/disadvantages of both options. With all the information JC provided me with I was able to easily make the best decision for myself. Another big factor in my decision was the cost of the car. I simply did not think I could afford a new lease. JC asked where I need to be as far as monthly payments and said he would work some numbers and call me back. That same day, JC called back informing me they have a 2020 Pathfinder for me to lease at the price I was comfortable with. I provided JC with my information needed to get the trade in/new lease process started and within the few days I was at the dealership signing papers and driving off with my new car. I told JC I only had an hour as I was coming in during my lunch break. He was extremely conscious of my time and made sure things moved quickly and that I was done within that time frame. This was, by far, the easiest process of getting a car in my life. I am extremely grateful to JC for his dedication and hard work. He cared about me as a customer and as a person and went above and beyond to make sure I drove out of there happy and in a car I needed. Thank you, JC!!!

Karim was an awesome sales person. He was friendly and helpful during the test drive and wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. He had answers for every question and was very knowledgeable. Philip in finance was fantastic. Personable, helpful, he was a great help. I was truly satisfied with my experience. In and out with a new car in under two hours.

I went in not wanting to go over my budget. Bill Ray Nissan did just that for me. Excellent service all around. Very professional and polite. Made the process easy and stress free. Thank you so much David Crayne as well as Phil the manager you were both so driven and kind to help me get a new 2020. So happy I choose to come here and not waste my time with elsewhere. So happy with my new Nissan.
