I went to this restaurant on my way home from work, at 12:20am on 09/20/2020. I ordered two Big Macs to take home, and eat with my husband. They gave me two Big Mac's that must have been sitting for a long time. The bun was hard, the lettuce was mushy, the sauce was rancid, and so was the cheese. I had to through them out to the chickens. I work hard and I am often beyond tired when I get home. Why is it that every time I buy food from Taco Bell, it is fresh and tasty, but McDonald's wants to sell me their trash?

Order was wrong as usual,,,crispy chicken deluxe was not crispy ( oil soaked) tasted like every thing else cooked in the fryer prior to the chicken. Also got a double quarter with cheese,, one patty was over cooked and the other was way under cooked and only 1 piece of cheese,, bind on both sandwiches were oil soaked. And these people think they deserve 15 bucks an hour. Service was good and drive through was quick. I did check my order before I left as I aways do, and everything was correct.

6:30 p.m. yesterday, drive through line was packed so we went inside. Waited almost 3 minutes before even acknowledged. Average speed of service fries were nice and hot. While waiting, the Family ahead of us had man come back in because she forgot a fish fillet sandwich. Also when we got out to the car realized she had forgotten my husband's iced tea. Overall this is a better McDonald's than the one off of i-4 and DeBary.
