CAST-Creative Arts Academy of St Lucie

My child has started school this year and so far I am not impressed. I attended an orientation last year and was impressed with all of the hype. But unfortunately, I have not been impressed with anything so far. The phone number is always busy and never can get anyone to call you back. Due to covid, the school does not allow parents to enter the school. Which to me sounds like a dangerous decision to make. In what world can someone not allowed to go into their child's school? Would that rule apply else where? Would a parent not be able to go into a daycare center because of COVID. So parents are not allowed to see the environment their child is in?

I went to visit the school and really like the atmosphere, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I just wanted to write my review as this school just started from scratch August 2019 with a generous fund, which let them equipped the classrooms very well. There are 2 kindergarten classrooms and they each have 4 computers available inside them, I can imagine the rest of the classrooms. The music classroom that I was observing has a good amount of instruments as well, new ones and the teacher for what I could tell is a talented and nice person. I can't not say from experience that the day by day is awesome because we still don't go to school there but I can tell this school has the infrastructure, equipment and human talent to achieve success... I wouldn't be surprised for it to become an A+ school and the big plus of Arts, Music and Dance is just amazing. Also from the whole St. lucie county is the happiest environment I have noticed... full of light, artistic creations and colors all over.

My daughter Rose started kindergarten there this year. We went on a tour last year and immediately feel in love so we put in an application right away. So happy that she got in!nWe went for a pre-open house event and it only showed even more so that CAST is the perfect school for her and made us extra excited for the 2019-2020 school year to start. Last week we went to the open house and met with all of her soon to be teachers and they are all absolutely amazing ❤ufe0fnShe had so much to talk about after school yesterday and couldn't wait to get to school today.nSo happy to have her spend the next 9 years at such a fantastic school.

CAST is one of the best schools in St. Lucie county. They truly focus on the creative aspect of learning and strive to surround the students with fun and educational programs.
