Visited this location for the first time today and I really like it. Very clean, not busy at all ( I was there between 1-3 pm) lots of machines, felt very safe health-wise, Black card area was spacious and they have red light, yay! Having recently moved to the area l, this will be my new home gym. I'm happy ud83dude0a
Im from Vero so coming to this gym was an upgrade. Went at 6:30 am and it was moderate. Hopefully I make it every day lol.
Due to the GLOBAL PANDEMIC in 2020, I froze my account in March of 2020, then called and was told my account was cancelled in August. Today, I was surprised and very upset to see that Plantet fitness had once again charged my account. When I called to speak with the manager, Jennifer, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed that my account was only frozen and that I had been notified via email that the freeze was over. However, the email they had was incorrect and I have never received any email correspondence from them. I explained having been told months ago that my membership was cancelled, she insisted that was not the case, despite the previous representative (In August 2020) assuring me that it was. Jennifer would not answer my questions, and became increasing more rude as the call went on. My experience today was so terrible that I will never again step foot in ANY planet fitness location, and I will encourage all my aquaintances to avoid PF as well.
