My son, who is 12 months, has been waiting for CVS to fill his prescription for almost 5 hours. They refused to help us or call the prescription into a different CVS near us. My son shouldn't have to wait because there pharmacy is understaffed and lacks the ability to provide quality customer service.

I did a drive through Covid test at this CVS. I had to schedule an appointment but once done I drove to the location. While sitting in my car I swabbed my nose, put it into a testube, and dropped it into a box. All supervised by a pharmacist through the drive-thru window. Couldn't be much easier.

This is the CVS closest to our house so we go there. The folks at the pharmacy do try to do a good job and my complaint is not with them, it's with the fact that the Pharmacy hours are all over the place. First of all, they close at 2 PM on Mondays, 9PM Tues through Fri, and 5 PM on Sat and Sun.nI went yesterday at 2 PM and they were closed because it was Memorial Day and were only open for 4 hours. This is so inconvenient. If they at least had the drive up window open longer that would help. I'm tempted to find another pharmacy even though I've been going there since 2013 - for 7 years. If it wasn't for the hours issue it would be a 5 star review.
