Great Customer Service, I sent an email requesting information on a vehicle they had listed on their website. The very next day I received an email with a video of the vehicle and a phone call from the sales Representative Jeff.nThey were able to answer any questions that I had, I proceeded to place a deposit on the vehicle and visited the dealership a few days later. I am very satisfied with my purchase and their sales team . I would recommend this dealership.

Andy provided my husband and I such a wonderful experience! We live about an hour and 15 minutes south of Coggin Acura. We found a Highlander there and were very interested in it. Andy not only sent us the information about the car but he went out and took a video of all of the features of the exterior and interior and sent that to us so we knew exactly what to expect! He was so patient with us and kept working with us each day to make sure we were 100% comfortable with the car buying experience. We finally decided to make the trip up to Coggin to see the Highlander in person. Unfortunately, someone purchased the Highlander minutes before we arrived at the dealership. Andy still had such a positive attitude and tried to help us find the vehicle we would love. He still kept in touch with us after that day as well while he searched for our perfect car. I highly recommend Andy at Coggin Acura as he is unbelievably attentive, and really cares about his customers. Thank you, Andy!

My experience was not initially on point; however, when I provided feedback I was contacted immediately by the manager. What I love most about that call was, it was important for them to make me a happy customer. Every time the service industry isn’t going to get it right, but the key is to acknowledge it and work toward making right. I highly recommend working with Tim or Dennis.

Excellent customer service. Tim was extremely helpful. They fixed an issue with a vehicle I purchased from another Acura dealership. They were much more attentive and caring than the other Palm Beach dealer.
