My husband and I had a great experience working with Tropical RV Sales! We found the exact unit we wanted on rvtrader.com and called right away. We secured the unit with a deposit, scheduled a time to come in and fill out the paperwork, and the next week we were able to take the unit home. Bob & Jim were easy to work with and Vinny did a great job with the demo. He covered everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. We just bought a travel trailer at Tropical RV and our experience was fantastic. Bob helped is with all our questions and never pressured us about anything! Met the owner Jim and he was very friendly and helpful. When we picked up the RV, Vinny was amazing! Super friendly young man that took his time and explained everything. Answered all our questions. Would definitely buy from Tropical RV again!

Tropical RV staff were very helpful in helping us make our decision to buy an RV. Bob provided the experience and knowledge of the industry offerings with a low key approach. Wendy was very helpful in regard to the paperwork process, making it a quick and pleasant experience. Vinny was excellent with his enthusiastic review of the functionality of our RV, and his tips were helpful. A high level of comfort was also gained when we observed Jim guiding the group as he worked to customize an RV. I would not hesitate to recommend this family owned business to others.

We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our first camper here at Tropical Rv. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our salesman was Bob and he walked us through each step of the buying process and was very accommodating. Vinny then walked us through the camper with a very thorough explanation on how everything works and he was very patient with all of our newbie questions. Thanks Vinny! ud83dude42ud83dudc4dud83cudffb Vinny also hooked up our sway bar hitch for us and showed us how to make adjustments etc. I would highly recommend buying here, it was such a pleasant experience.

We have just spent several hours going through our new trailer with Vinny. I am so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Courteous and friendly, Vinny covered literally every inch of our trailer. From the first visit we made to Tropical RV, we had a great experience. Bob worked with us on the sale and the owner Jim was involved and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Tropical RV if you want great customer service, a great trailer and no nonsense purchasing!
