Did somebody say McDonald's?
Never gets your order right.
Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order. Dining room was locked. Had to bang on the door and an employee waved for me to go to drive through. I showed them my mobile order through the window and told them how long I'd been waiting. They told me they only had 3 people on staff, only one of whom could work in the kitchen. They finally brought my order over and all of the food was cold so it had clearly been sitting around and could have been brought out way earlier. On top of that I ordered two drinks which were both wrong. When I went back to the door they immediately started complaining that they were out of the drinks I ordered. Rather than communicating that, they just chose two random drinks instead. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice? I feel bad if they're genuinely understaffed but they were making a lot of bad decisions and based on reviews here it's not the first time it's happened. Just a terrible experience.
went there today. Very disappointed. The cashier took forever to comprehend our order. Which was two things. I thought it was because she was new. But NOBODY seemed to know what the hell they were doing! Took 20 minutes to get our order. I didn't know two cheeseburgers were that complicated. And IT WAS STILL WRONG. Will not be returning
Love McDonald's. I love there big macs and cheese burgers although they are processed meats they still taste good. I also love there chocolate milkshakes.
