the first time I went was a DISASTER!!ni went today for the 2nd time and WAS SCOLDED BY THE CASHIER because I didn't remember the order Number!! I'm a senior citizen who barely REMEMBERS names, least of all numbers!! I WILL NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN!! called manager of store and she seemed to NOT CARE!! just apologized briefly didn't even offer a free item, now that would be GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE because you get the customer to come back and THEY WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER RETENTION AND EMPLOYEES NEED GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS TRAINING!! this McDonald's has really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE just because they want to make orders fast just using a number system is NOT GOING TO WORK IF THEY DON'T FIX CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEMS!!! IF YOU WANT RUDE BUT MAYBE FAST SERVICE GO THERE. ??!! but YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THAT!!! Oh and they didn't even include the sauce I ordered with the nuggets, I had to ask for them after they gave me the bag. for fast inefficient service this is the place to go!!

Navigation does not recognize most roads which are quicker

I visited this location many times before but my last visit was very annoying. I ordered at the window, 2 Cheeseburgers, 2 Large Fries and 2 double hamburgers plain. After being rushed through my order for 6 items I pull up to the first window with no issues of payment. I have received my food at the third window and noticed that my double hamburgers had everything on them and the fries were cold. I pulled back up to the payment window and advised the cashier that my order was incorrect. After explaining to him that I asked for the double hamburgers plain and they have everything on them he asked for the sandwiches back and I asked him for fresh fries as well while handing him the bag. He insisted he would do so and I told him I don’t mind waiting and I can park off to the side out of the way. He insisted that I should go to the second window. At the second window 2 team members repeated asked me to give them the food, what was wrong with my order and what I wanted on my sandwich. After telling them twice that I gave the good to the gentleman at the first window the members kept asking me where the receipt was and what it said on it. While it said 2 double hamburgers plain, I gave it to them and sensed attitude from the staff immediately. The staff told me to park at The mobile order area...like I suggested in the first place while they corrected my order... to bring my my double hamburgers piping hot which was great and my fries microwaved...(The carton was hot and the fries looked and felt exactly the same) instead of fresh like I said I would wait for. The fast that I had to worry about this staff contaminating my food after receiving such an attitude from the staff for 2 requests is ridiculous. People drive far and pick your restaurant to eat out of others in the area. The least you can do as a proud company is listen to the customers requests and provide them great food and great service.nNight shift..

Waited for 10 minutes for a cold burger with one drop of ketchup and 3 piece of union ud83dude02. Use to always be good and now its just terrible food service

They lack on their customer service and they take too long waiting to have your order done and they never have the order done the correct way after waiting in the line for 30 minutes or more.. and still have to tell you to go back around again and make another order after waiting in the line for such a long time but can’t make another order while now being in the line or in the window.. either the pick up their A game or they might need to get new people that actually can hear when someone makes their orders
