Thank you everyone at Century Storage specifically Angela for walking me step by step through the application process for my unit and physically guiding me on how to properly use they key system when coming in and out of the facility. I feel extremely satisfied with the safety of the storage complex, very respectful staff and great security for your belongings. Century Storage is also VERY clean.nnI have to also include the manager Michelle, she has such an amazing style, extremely professional and a really great personality.nnWhen you come here at Century Storage it just feels like an extended home for you miscellaneous items or a space to store your RV at. That’s neat too !

Needing more space for my business supplies and Michelle was the just the person I needed to see. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a very short time. Rental process was easy and fast. Everything needed to move in was explained and the grounds are clean, secure and well taken cared of. I would highly recommend using Century Storage to anyone.

Michelle is absolutely the best! I received a better price on a 10x15 here than a 10x10 in the close by locations (all of them!), much better customer service (thank you Michelle), and the hookup on some neat gifts for storing there! (Someone actually acted like they wanted my business!) Michelle went the extra mile. The unit was clean, modern, and convenient. She made the move-in process easy and seamless (less than 15” and I was on my way). Do yourself a favor and check them out. Tell them Cinda sent you.

Michelle and Angela were such a great help! Awesome experience! Friendly staff and very clean! Best storage place in Lakeland.
