I had to find a storage unit due to the death of a loved one. Donna assisted me with the entire process and made it so easy for me. I live out of state and was anxious about this business transaction. Donna was so helpful and everything was taken care in a short amount of time. She is an excellent person to have working with people in need of a storage unit. Additionally, she was empathetic about my situation.
Greatest experience we have had when it comes to finding and renting a storage unit. As a military family we have moved around often and with those moves comes a lot of coordination, finding temporary storage for all your household goods being an important part of that transition.nnDonna was extremely courteous and helpful in assisting us with this need! From walking through the units to filling out the necessary paperwork, all this was completed in a timely matter. In and out in 15 minutes! Fastest and friendliest service we have ever experienced!
So coming to a competitor storage facility, I was completely impressed with the service, the way Donna treated my elderly mom, she was helpful, informative, and put my momma at complete ease. While our facility does not do Uhaul at our location I intend on sending my fabulous tenants needing a Uhaul and excellent customer service over to this store and to see Donna! Great place. Been using storage facility for a year and prices are fair! Staff is friendly and no hassle. Deal primarily with Dianne or Donna and don’t have any complaints. They even gave me a deal on a Uhaul when I moved in.
Clean and secure facility with great staff! Donna was very kind, available, and accommodating! All of my questions were answered timely and she worked with me to ensure an easy move in and out.
