Terrible. I order a pizza and wings for delivery and my pizza was all wrong plus super cold and they also forgot my blue cheese for my wings. How can a pizza be super cold when I only love like 5 mins from this location. Never again.

I should've paid attention to the reviews. Ordered online, food took forever, and when it got here it was cold. Not room temperature. Cold. Our house is literally five minutes down the road. How busy are they exactly on a Tuesday evening? Because I called to comment, planning to be polite as possible but I was left on hold for 15 minutes and never even got through.nnNext time I'll just get Palace.

540-A location, Terrible. Ordered before 6pm and received at 8:24pm. Told it would be 60-70 minutes. On the road for 40min. Called to find out where my order is and got the runaround then hung up on. Cooked at 400degrees received at 104.9degrees. And with Papa Johns across the street? Never again.

Worst pizza order experience we have ever had. Ordered two pizzas at about 6:40 pm. Anticipated delivery at 7:21 pm. Received at 8:15 pm. Pizza was cold, not fully cooked and one pizza was incorrect. Ordered sausage, green peppers and banana pickles. Arrived with no sausage! Store did not charge us for the order after I complained. How on earth do you stay in business?

I placed an order for delivery, and I put notes on the order to call instead of knocking, as I have people who work nights and a dog that barks at the door, delivery driver knocks on the door, I have to get the dog put up, and go to door, I ask him if anybody read the note I put on the order, he said he only had the receipt, that he barely works for Pizza Hut, then told me he’d be back at my house after he clocked out, I called the store, manager said they would get me in contact with the regional/district manager. I just want to make sure someone follows up with this.
