The delivery was awesome and the delivery woman was courteous and polite. My largest issue was the pizza itself, I'm not sure if I have forgotten how the sauce tastes with Papa John's but the pizza sauce was 100% lacking. Granted, I did have a lot of toppings which were all well added, but the pizza sauce is crucial in the coming together of any pizza. Please look into your sauce and determine if there is any issues, I was very disappointed with pizza for the first time in a long time. It LOOKS great but the sauce brought no flavor at all. 3 Cheese blend sticks were on point though.

Every time we order delivery they always forget my extra garlic sauce I order. If I’m paying for it I expect for it to be in the pizza box. I’m so annoyed I ordered extra for my family we love the sauce & now there’s not enough for everyone. This is why I rather pick up my order but today I had no other choice but to have it delivered.

I recieved good customer service from cashier. The pizza was wrong and they were happy to fix. No issues. BUT one of the cooks begins to eat pizza (assuming the mistake) next to the oven and cutting area. Plain view of customers rather than eat in the back. Its one thing to eat but not over or directly by the food area. Then the corrected one was a mistake. I was credited the whole order. Julie was great but upsetting that the wait was 2xs longer and food still wrong.nnThank you Julie for doing your best to make it right with the customer.

Thin crust pizza does not come with garlic butter sauce, just a packet of salted seasoning. Disappointed because the garlic butter sauce is one of the reasons we order from Papa John's.
