Excellent experience as always. One thing to keep in mind. You order extra extra of anything besides cheese, and you don't get what you pay for, so don't add on. But tasty regardless

Ordered bread and salad. Waited an hour and a half, then my tracker said it was complete so i called they said give it another 5, 10 minutes, I did. Still nothing, called again they said the all right things and i try to be understanding and its friday! Said they would refund and send another out its now been two hours since that call. I placed this order at 8:45pm its 1:06AM, although I was refunded i wish they wouldve just said they cant send another instead having me wait up another three hours for an order that never showed. Maybe its dramatic but they threw off my groove :-(

Their food is all right, but don't ever work for them because they'll agreed upon one thing and then they change it afterwards and make you do another. No wonder why they have people leaving left and right.

Since the store change managers for whatever reason since my previous post, the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. The pizzas have hardly any toppings on them and when you get them, they will be cold. If you ask for your food hot they have an attitude. It's not the driver's fault that the food is always cold it's cold before it leaves the store, I blame the manager for all of the issues. This used to be the best pizza place in Lakeland now it's one of the worst.
