Minute clinic location— website said they were taking walk ins who arrived before 6:30. When I arrived at 6:00, after driving 40 minutes, I was informed that they were not taking more patients today. If this is a possibility, the website should tell people to call before driving across town with a 101 degree fever to get a strep throat test. I purchased a couple of items in the store, and by the time I got through checkout, the nurse practitioner (who had told me they were booked solid until their 7:30pm closing time) walked out beside me at 6:30 pm and drove away in her car. Experiencing this kind of disregard for patients makes me distrust the quality of care one would receive a this CVS Minute Clinic.

The worst pharmacy! I received a message from.CVS saying my prescription was ready for pickup. On 4/7/21 I went to get order the pharmacist told me she couldn't refill it until 03/25. Which was last month.... Which mean my prescription was ready. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again...the staff need to go back to school and be re-educated!! This is the worst pharmacy, sends me text messages that my prescriptions are ready and when I get there, they are not even started. Was told I could split my refills 6 times in a month, but failed to tell me I would be limited to day once I did that, resulting in me having to go a few days with my medication. Called and spoke to the head pharmacist, who told me that she could contact the provider but it would be a “major inconvenience” so I just have to wait. I don’t blame the staff entirely, I think most of the time they are understaffed and swamped, unfortunately that greatly affects the pharmacy’s ability to run smoothly, no matter how hard the two people who are there are trying.
